Sales Coordinator
Thermomass is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales efforts of our concrete insulation systems in the Eastern United States. Primary duties include increasing the presence of our products and managing the flow of projects into identified markets and applications in the Eastern United States The position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Boone, IA.
Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, this individual is responsible for, but are not limited to:
- Sales: In conjunction with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) in the Northeast and Southeast, create demand for Thermomass insulation systems at architectural firms, general contractors, concrete contractors, and design build contractors.
- Communication: Works closely with RSMs to generate opportunities for our insulation systems and remains in constant contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Relationships: Develops and nurturses relationships with all members of the market channel to promote the use of our insulation systems into the market.
- Project Management: Work with RSMs and customers to process orders and ensure on-schedule delivery and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a BA degree in Business and must demonstrate practical learning ability, a high level of organization skills, and a desire to learn and sell technical know-how. It is critical that the candidate have strong oral and written communication skills.
While this job will be under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, the scope of the job will cross all regions, as the candidate will communicate with a number of functions including but not limited to: sales, marketing, engineering, the design community, R&D, manufacturing, financial services, and customer services. The range of customer contacts includes professional specifiers, design build contractors, concrete contractors, precast OEMs, contract manufacturers, trades, technical professionals, and senior managers from various companies and organizations.

Regional Sales Manager
Thermomass is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support the sales efforts of our concrete insulation systems. Primary duties include increasing the presence of our products into identified markets and applications in the Southwestern United States, including Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Colorado. Although not finalized, the position will likely be based at our corporate headquarters in Boone, IA with travel to designated cities within the territory.
Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, this individual is responsible for the promotion, account management, and demand creation. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Sales: Create demand for Thermomass insulation systems at architectural firms, general contractors, concrete contractors, and design build contractors.
- Communication: Develops, communicates, and executes business and account plans as part of an overall territory plan which supports both the objectives of the regional and national strategic plans.
- Relationships: Develops and nurturses relationships with all members of the market channel to promote the use of our insulation systems into the market.
- Associations: Work with industry associations such as TCA, PCI, USGBC, and other related industry associations to create awareness of our insulation systems.
The ideal candidate has a BS/BA degree in Business/Construction/Engineering and must demonstrate practical learning ability, a high level of organization skills, and a desire to learn and sell technical know-how. It is critical that the candidate have strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

Maintenance Technician
Thermomass, the world leader in concrete insulated wall systems, has career opportunity for an ambitious, motivated, and reliable individual.
Successful candidate will be capable of diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical problems related to production and plant equipment. Responsible for all facility and grounds maintenance. Capable of building simple fixtures and maintaining all production dies. Assist the Maintenance Manager in keeping the plant running smoothly and efficiently.
Work experience must include:
- Machine/Equipment troubleshooting
- Manufacturing environment
- Tool & Die degree and/or related experience
- CNC programming experience
